Koehn Behavioral Solutions, LLC (KBS) is an agency where Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) like myself are extremely passionate about what we as behavior analysts do. Unfortunately, when you pass the Board exam, there is no surprise magic wand, crystal ball, or monumental moment in acquiring a sudden super power (although I would have upgraded to ANY of those packages if I had the option). While people suddenly expect you to be a miracle worker, you may feel some imposter syndrome post passing. It seems like some of your favorite people in the field were let in on some hidden secret, and you may want to know what gives.

Well, the secret is out! - And the answer is well-rounded experience, curiosity, patience, and determination. Of course, these attributes are more easily acquired through good mentorship and productive practice!

Here at KBS we provide the support you need to help in giving you the confidence you deserve as a clinician, and in-turn we hope to better the field for those individuals that we serve. (After all, socially significant outcomes are our JAM!) So whether you are just curious as to what I mean by experience and specialties outside of Autism-specific services, you need to prepare for that woefully dreaded exam, or you just want to chat with some like-minded individuals, reach out to us!
